The Cross River State immediate past commissioner for information and orientation, Barr Mrs Rosemary Archibong has been honoured with the award of Excellence in Honour of her Contributions in Cross River State Ministry Of Information and Orientation .
Her award came in two folds as the initiative also made her a matron of the initiative in Bakassi local Government area of the state.
Chief Samuel Egba expressed overwhelming joy and satisfaction on service delivery envisaged in the last four years she was saddled with the responsibility of commissioner for information and Orientation cross river state.
